Grapes

Chardonnay (White)

It is an early ripening grape and its enormous capacity for resistance and adaptability. This grape can grow in various types of soils, such as calcareous and clayey-calcareous, in places where climates that are not excessively humid predominate.

These are dry, full-bodied white wines and, due to aging in oak barrels (usually American) and malolactic fermentation, will often have shades of cream, butter and nuts.

Red grenache (Red and Rose)

Sauvignon Blanc (White)

It is a medium-early ripening grape, it is believed to have French origin (approx. 1800), it has substantial differences between its varieties. Likewise, it is characterized by resisting extreme temperatures despite being sensitive to pests and diseases, it adapts very well to poor soils and adequately withstands heat and high altitudes.

It is a grape native to Bordeaux, one of the most prestigious wine-producing regions in the world. The Sauvignon Blanc grape is a variety of white wines, light-bodied, elegant and with a particular freshness. It is very common to present notes of citrus and vegetables, such as asparagus and cucumbers. But it is possible to find specimens with aromas of tropical fruits, such as passion fruit, pineapple and kiwi. Already on the palate, the grape shows good acidity, repeats the herbaceous notes and a refreshing finish.

Viognier (White)

It is a white grape from the Rhône Valley, France, it requires a long and warm growing season to fully mature. Its delicate aromas are reminiscent of flowers such as magnolia and sweet fruits such as apricots and melon. On the palate it has good fruity volume and subtle notes of honey, added to an unctuous body and a certain structure. The Viognier are powerful, mature, with low acidity and a lot of personality.

Syrah (red and rose)

It is identified by the ease of its cultivation, it requires a lot of sun and high temperatures, it is also resistant to diseases. The strain of the variety we are dealing with has body, is erect with long and delicate branches, its multiple leaflets differentiate it from other varieties. Finally, its maturation is early Its musts stand out for their bright and dark red color, their tannins are very soft and they show an acidity that will be present on the palate of any taster. The body of the Syrah wine is very high dry.The aroma that stands out to the variety is of ripe black fruit, with notes of currants, violets and wild blackberries. It is reminiscent of raspberry and maintains the aroma of pepper or cinnamon and cloves.
